is men really thick skin?

Indeed so! Ever since my twin brother Chris Chua and myself started a men skincare centre in 1992 known as Face of Man, we strongly endorsed that men skin is three times thicker than women.

If a woman claimed his male partner has thick skin, in biological sense- she is definitely right!

Because of our thick "hide", we are blessed with thicker collagen and that accounts for our prolonged youthfulness compared to women. At age thirties, women fear aging and men enjoys his youthful skin. Sad but true, women has their last laugh as men skin tends to be clogged and prone to acne. Sigh..thicker skin holds more oil glands.

One remarkable recovery is that men skin tends to be more sensitive especially their thicker skin holds more nerve endings. Whenever we administer extraction on men for blackheads, we realised that men tend to feel the discomfort compared to women.
That is the reason why our female compatriots have the ability to handle labor pains while men would chicken out. Men! women are the tougher lot.

With the advancement of skincare technology, we honestly felt that treating clogged and oily skin is alot easier than turning back the clock for aging skin that sags and crinkle.

The obvious choice to be a man in my next lifetime is paramount.

However, Face of Man uses second generation radio waves to also keep our male clients young when they reach forties as signs of droopy eyelids followed by fownlines on the forehead are indication of reaching their prime time or retiree concessionary season.

With both solutions for young man with acne or older man with sagging skin, we are indeed blessed to enjoy what women have enjoyed decades ago in beauty parlours.

Man, lets face it- we all want to look good and make that first impression especially to the "thinner skin" beings.
